It seemed that, no matter the circumstance, everyone always had a safe space. Sometimes, it could be found in something they liked, and sometimes, it could be found within someone they loved. Whether it be a friend, a girlfriend or boyfriend, a parent, or even one of the more likable teachers at school.

Everyone had it—except for Eren. At least, he thought so up until now. Sure, Armin and Mikasa had always had his back, but they didn't get him. Not really.
