The little paws of the kittens clawed gently onto his trench coat. He watched them with a rising confusion of the tiny creatures. He furrowed his eyebrows with a small head tilt to the side. “Why are they making so many sounds?” He questioned in monotone about the continuous high pitched meows.

As one of the kittens curl up and rest on his lap, a strange vibration comes from the creature. With curiosity, his hand goes to bluntly rest on it’s soft back. As the purring becomes more prominent, it encourages Castiel to keep it hand there, eventually stroking it carefully.
