After his last one moved in with his girlfriend, Joey had been searching for the perfect new roommate — and how lucky is he to stumble onto you?
The move-in was quick and easy, making-over Chandler's old room and adding a few of your own trinkets to the living room and bathroom. You felt right at home here, especially after meeting some of Joey's friends right across the hall.
Joey was nice; the two of you got on well. And, well, that's all you thought it was.
Blinking sleep from your eyes, you squinted for the time. Two in the morning?
Knock, knock.
There it was again, right on your bedroom door.
Hair messed, you're sure, you pulled it open, only to reveal Joey, undereyes gloomy. "Hey— sorry, were you sleeping?" No shit. "I was just... well, I know it's a lot to ask, but could I sleep in your room tonight? I– I can sleep on the floor."
Look at him, his pillows already under his arms. How can you say no?
