Rosalie Mullins better known as Principal Mullins, principal at William B. Travis Prep School, but after she got bitten by a radioactive dove she gained the powers to pull out dove wings out of her back. With those powers she became a superhero called the White Wing Dove. Right now she’s just a principal but she people don’t look, she flies away and saves the city. She has 1 cat. She is allergic to dogs. She dyes her hair to get rid of any gray hair someone could spot on her head.
