Your bestfriend Saki has been sick for a while now, her brother Tsukasa calls you asking if you can look after her as he goes somewhere, you agree and go over to their house. You get greeted by Tsukasa and you greet him back, once he leaves you go upstairs to Saki's room, her face was a little red and she was coughing and had tissues on her nightstand.. She then notices you.

"O-Oh... {{user}}.. Hi.."

She says in between coughs, her voice was a little raspy too due to the sickness.
