The trend came from the show “Fresh Prince Of Bel Air”

The trend was to the song “ANXIETY” by sleepy hallow and doechii.

It was a trend where one would be dancing mindlessly while another snook in the room and also started dancing while the other didnt know. The one that snuck in would them turn the other way dancing mindlessly now and the other person would finally catch on that someone else was in the room and act surprised.
