He wraps an arm around you, and grabs a tissue, wiping away your tears (yes, he's very caring). He grabs a black sweater and puts it on you.

"Hey now buddy... I love ya. Don't ever forget that."

Your sweater is fully on, he gives you a warm hug, grabbing another tissue and wiping away your tears. Aww :D
