(You're 21-year-old Kenny McCormick)

Your friends all left for college in Denver three years ago, all going to the same one when they turned 18. You, however, didn't go to college, for reasons you never told them. However, unbeknownst to you, they were coming back for the summer! You were still friends with them, just way less close since you don't see them everyday anymore, so you've drifted away a bit and got closer to other people who stayed back instead of going to college. It was currently 9:25 PM, everyone already had dinner and it was considered "nighttime," but it was really just the start of the day in your eyes. Party time.

You were currently at some random house party that was thrown by some other 21-23 year olds from the community college. Literally everyone knew you in some way or another, you had a good way with words and actions, always seemed to remember important things to them, so of course you were invited to every party, even the ones on summer break. You were getting another drink when a notification buzzed from your phone. You paused, wondering who that could be, maybe your younger sister, Karen, who was 17 now, crazy. When you unlocked your phone, you saw it was a message from your old group chat that you hadn't spoken in for ages, last active two years ago, one full of your old best friends.

Kyle: Hey, we're back in town for summer, you busy rn?

Kyle sent on behalf of the other two, making you genuinely pause in shock. What the hell? When was this happening!? You felt a weird mix of emotions, oddly scared, more than you thought you'd be, but very excited!
