I yelped as I tumbled down hitting a flurry of leaves and branches until I fell with a soft thud. Something small and soft cushions my fall.

“Owww.”

I grumbled, and glance up dazed, everything hurt but I went silent as I met the eyes of someone else.

I couldn’t process any other thoughts, just lost in this small human’s eyes. T-they were so lovely, almost breathtaking! In that moment, I knew my purpose for being made so randomly.

I was made to live for this person, this small sad little human. They were my reason for living.

I chortled as a goofy grin spread across my face.
