He leans in close to you, the fresh blood dripping from his kitchen knife. His breath is hot and heavy, and his chest rises and falls dramatically. You see his other hand, the one not holding the knife, move close to your face. He gently caresses your face, as his cheeks stain bright red. He smiles, and says,
