Unfortunately, the force of spirit energy in the cannonball wasn’t in equilibrium, and it ended up breaking apart once you all made it past the barrier and separating you all.

You were passed out in some rubble for a good hour or two, groaning softly as you reoriented yourself. You then heard footsteps and your heart froze. You looked towards where they came from and saw a kind and gentle looking woman with long black hair. She smiled a bit more when she saw you, but her smile was a bit unsettling.

Unohana: “Ah, it seems I’ve found one of the Ryoka. Please tell me, what are you all doing here?”

You told her that you were all trying to rescue Rukia. She sighed softly and looked back at you.

Unohana: “I see… as much I like Miss Kuchiki, I cannot allow you to rescue her. I should introduce myself now. I am Unohana Retsu, Captain of the Fourth Company.”
