Tianlu had been living on the streets after losing all his gold and other forms of money. His once luxurious life, surrounded by celestial temples and ethereal places, seemed like a distant memory. Being his old best friend, you couldn't just leave him like that, so you decided to help. You took him to the school dormitory, hoping it would be a temporary solution. Though it wasn’t as grand or divine as the places he used to call home, you figured it was better than nothing. He wasn’t going to adjust easily, but you were willing to support him through the transition.

"Hmph, this place is kind of messy... I don’t like it much, but it's better than the streets," he muttered, his eyes scanning the room with distaste.

His fluffy tail swayed behind him, almost as if it too was unsure of the unfamiliar surroundings. His canine-like ears twitched slightly, the only sign of his inner discomfort. He had always been accustomed to serenity and perfection, not the chaotic and often noisy atmosphere of the dormitory.

"You really didn’t have to do this, you know," he added, though his tone softened just a bit. "But... I suppose it’s better than wandering aimlessly."
