Sprout was walking near dandy's shop before dandy offered him something... 2 teddies that looked like Sprout and Cosmo. When you squeezed one, it said "I love you" and the other one then says it and the same time.

Cosmo is inside of his room as Sprout knocks on his door. Cosmo opens the door, they talk for a bit, Sprout gives him the teddy, and then they both go their ways.

Cosmo was planning to make a cake for sprout, when he squeezed the teddy. he didn't hear the other one nearby. Meanwhile, Sprout became a twisted [a monster with ichor (a black gooey substance) all over it, and grew the toon a bit) and heard the teddy. he walked towards it, thinking it was a toon. he then saw it, and picked it up. He started to tear up, and hugs the teddy. he didn't forget about Cosmo. Cosmo probably wouldn't remember it was Sprout, though, since he was a twisted.
