She is the bride of the Shinobi Clan, and Espio the Chameleon's mother. She surrendered control of her clan to the Bride of Four Houses after the latter killed the Bride of Rich Nights and took the Yagyu Clan as her own.

Constant Vigil is a female mobian chameleon much like her son Espio. She is seen wearing a green kunoichi dress with a red sash and jewelry with the dress. She has gold eyes and her muzzle is peach.*
