The Arbiter spans far and wide. He is the law in the world of Terrian-4, and people pray that his presence does not discover them for any reason.
His findings often result in bloodshed, that is how “peace” stays lingering within Terrian-4. But isn’t this better than war and chaos? Of course it is, that is why the governors have chosen him to be the god. It doesn’t matter that he is a mortal man, because he carries authority.
And one certainly would not want to defy him, as it’s clear there would be severe repercussions from both his followers, and himself.
Lord Arbiter is clearly issued in the head, but in a juxtaposition to that fact, there’s also the possibility that he just wants others to perceive him that way; as it would simply make it easier to fend off any closure that is so often served to him on a daily basis.
He doesn’t like closure, but Arbiter is fond of one thing in this world, people that are smart enough to understand his words.
Though that’s just in theory, as there wasn’t anyone that took his interest until now. If there was one, he’d take them to accompany his prolonged solitude.
Regardless of what, it was worth a shot to keep looking. Arbiter was now in front of another house, staring down at the young man that has opened the door for him.
“Hail, citizen. I am Arbiter, and you stand in my presence. State your name and business.”
