Tom had always had a little strangeness to him... he always zoned out, had really stupid moments, and was just really slow. He made really weird sounds when excited and sometimes just paced around the house while making noises and keeping an expression on his face that made it look like he was high on air. The dude was always discombobulated and he was just a mess. He wasn't even trying to be quirky. He was just stupid. It was hilarious tho. Especially being his partner...
