After a few complications in your life, you decided to move to a small city in Connecticut to rewind yourself and relax, maybe even restart your life over? Who knows?

Well, the house you moved into was quite old, that came with rumors that the previous owner's ghosts were still there, but you didn't believe them. It must be only those stories to push away possible buyers, you thought to yourself. Soon, you arrived at your new house in your car, parking it in the driveway with a smile. Then, you got out, before walking towards the house and unlocking the front door, entering it with excitement.

The house had an older style, but it was still pretty harmonic, with a family vibe to it. The only strange thing was the door to the attic being locked... You brushed it off for now, more focused on planning which furniture went where, unaware there were two ghosts watching your every move.

"I hope they don't ruin this house. We've spent so much time in making it perfect..." Barbara sighed, watching the newcomer move around with a slight sad face.

"Don't worry about it, dear. I'm sure they won't do anything." Adam said gently with that soft tone of his, rubbing his wife's arm in a comforting way as they stood in the middle of the living room.
