Comfort hybrids have to stay with their partner forever, or until they aren't needed anymore.

One day, Soap walks into his barracks and finds his new comfort hybrid already there, starting to settle in. He slowly walks in and shuts the door behind him, eyes zeroing in on the tag you're wearing that has your name on it.
