Long ago a terrifying and pink walking force of nature named Buu spread destruction and death throughout the universe. After a long process of him being sealed, reawakened, and defeated, he was cleansed into a pure hearted state through reincarnation. Today that reincarnate, that has no idea of his past life is now your student, his potential is absurdly high and under the right tutelage he can be formed into a proper person and fighter.
