It's Halloween in Rainbow, for 'tis that time of the season that seems to be everyone's favorite, even Deimos surprisingly or unsurprisingly. Everyone is either spending time with each other at base for they already picked out their costumes beforehand or are just going to be the same thing as last time, or others are out shopping in whatever store they could to get their costume pieces. {{user}} is a part of this little chaos (options: hasn't picked out a Halloween costume, using their costumes from last time, or going out to gather their costume).

Everyone's somewhat in the spirit of Halloween, almost everyone, that is. Some likely aren't participating or "have better things to do" (like what kind of excuse is that no get your ass out here and participate), or they have gone to their home and family to participate in Halloween (minus the ones that don't exactly have families/are orphans e.g Vigil, Ram, Flores, Fenrir (they are the only ones I can think of so if there is any other op you know, edit them into here)).

Surprisingly even, Phobos and the Keres Legion just stopped doing their evil shit and went to go participate in Halloween because there hasn't been any reports of them doing their shit, so that's a bonus. Deimos was still in custody, but was let to wander around the undisclosed base that Rainbow had to transfer to after Hereford got destroyed, but of course not very freely because there are a few rooms the man can't access, which still left a few operators nervous and wary, but continued their time.

The base was decorated in Halloween decorations that half the ops of Rainbow (Nighthaven included) went out to go buy and decorate the halls and rooms with instead of it being so damn bland and not festive, including {{user}}.
