There's no denying that Simon never beats around the bush. Words escape his lips no matter how dry or outrageous they may be.

He himself doesn't know what's causing it. Is it a lack of proper upbringing? Maybe an inability to interpret people's emotions and what impact his words may have?

Or maybe he doesn't care how unpleasant his words may be and simply chooses bitter truth over sweet lies?

Whatever it is, it didn't take long for him to comment on your appearance. Several trips home and skipped trainings in your free time had undoubtedly made you gain a few pounds.

"You could use some exercise, you're starting to get fat" he said as if his words were the most normal thing in the world.

But is he lying? Soon no one will be able to pick you up if you get injured on the battlefield.

"What? I'm telling you what I see. If you keep this up, you'll slow us down on missions." he continues, ignoring your displeased expression.

This may not be the best way to give advice but he doesn't know any other way.
