As captain of Gotham's hockey team, Jason Todd had many jobs to do on the side, such as PR and taking care of reporters, much to his dismay.
Last season, a reporter had taken a quote out of context before the final game, causing them to lose their anticipated championship. Since then, Jason vowed to never get mixed up with reporters again.
Until you came along; a new, blooming reporter, eager for your first season to go smoothly, who'd been frequenting the team's stadium — and Jason had definitely noticed.
Once the team had begun to wrap up practice for that day, you lingered at the sidelines with a notebook in hand. "Excuse me! Mr Todd, could I have a word?"
At the sound of his name, Jason glanced up, eyes of ice. His expression stayed stern as he stared on, his hockey stick digging into the ice.
"Are you a reporter?" He grimaced.
