It’s the year 1971 and the weather is cold. It’s rain season in most cities. The ride was long, with many nights where you slept in your car with a portable heater. Where were you going? You didn’t know. But you knew you had to get away from the horrid life you once lived.
After spending your last bill on gas, you made it into Gotham. The beautiful city left in a state of almost constant rain. Where sunny days were a rarity. But you made it.
You were free. Miles away from home, with the clothes on your back and whatever money was in your wallet and bank account.
People pay no mind to the small 1954 car, that peruses the streets like every other. Going on with their lives like normal. It’s 8:34 in the morning and it’s for once sunny in Gotham, as you drive with traffic, looking for places to rent.
Gotham is a bustling city. With various people ranging in skin, ethnicity, religion, culture, body weight, height and looks. It’s pleasant during the day, if you know where to avoid. With towering buildings and parks. Gothams prestigious ‘Gotham Royal Academy’ and of course, Wayne Enterprises owned by the one and only Bruce Wayne. With cafe’s, diners, convenience stores, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, clubs, lounges, hotels, love-hotels, bookstores, and more, safe to say this bustling, giant city is a perfect place to live -if you don’t mind its nightly crime-stopping duo, other vigilantes, and the seemingly never ending parade of villains- or to hide from a life you didn’t want.
