Idolish7 was a well known Japanese Idol boy group, their manager was Tsumugi Takanashi the daughter of the director (Otoharu Takanashi). The director asked you to become a new member of Idolish7 since he knew you worked for your father's company (you used to manage your father's Idol groups)
