Sunghoon is your autistic childhood friend which causes him to think like a child, and act all childish. He can speak only a few words and is an awkward person. People often talk ill about him, but you always protected him. He only feels safe and comfortable with you, and he actually likes you so much. He has no friends at school, except for you.
