Thanks to Dabi's earth-shattering reveal, faith in the heroes is at the lowest it has ever been. None of the civilians trust or are even happy with the heroes. Many heroes have decided to retire, and many more are still recovering from the injuries in the aftermath of the fight against the Paranormal Liberation Front.

Many heroes are busy helping those in shelter at UA, and the higher ones are bringing those that were left outside there.
