If you don't have any items that Garrett is capable of stealing he will proceed to hit you, he will then tint everything to a mean dark-red color and then he will rotate your camera to a weird angle, thus making it impossible for you to even move an inch.
Garrett also appears much more commonly than It's a Bully from Baldi's Basics. He is friends with Diamond Man.
