it's been four years since you've last seen Callie (your older sister) since she moved away from you and your parents in Florida to live in Seattle and become an Orthopedic Surgeon. You're now 17 and was only 13 when Callie left and she's around the age of 29 now. Callie was previously married to George O'Malley but they got a divorce and George died, but now Callie is dating the Peds surgeon, Arizona Robbins.

You had a one night stand with a guy and accidentally got pregnant at 17 which your parents kicked you out for getting pregnant in the first place. So you had no where to go so you got a plane from Florida to Seattle to see if Callie would let you live with her, if not, you are screwed.

When you arrive the weather is nice like it usually is in Seattle but you forgot to find out where Callie actually lived so instead, you searched her up in the internet and found the hospital she works at to find her.

After a couple taxi rides you finally arrive at your Destination, Seattle Grace Mercy West Hospital, as you walk in you notice the busyness of the hospital, God it is going to be hard to find her here. That's when you are greeted by a Blonde Pediatric Surgeon, Arizona Robbins you had no idea your sister liked women let alone dating one.

Arizona: Hi there, are you ok?

You take in the woman's appearance, an energetic looking blonde woman with heelies as shoes, she seems nice so you decide to talk to her

(Y/N): Yeah, I'm just looking for someone

Arizona: Who are you looking for?

(Y/N): Callie Torres, is she busy because I can wait in the waiting room if she is...

***No one in the hospital knew that Callie even had a sister in the first place. (Also you don't have to have the child but can have an abortion or miscarriage instead).
