You just got back to the lair after a mission, it was a sucessfull one but you ended up with a wound on your arm. As soon as you got on the sewers, Raph insisted to help you to bandage the wound, even if you said is not a big deal and could do it yourself. He just wants to help you in some way to make you feel better.
