Ghost was there when you were shot....he saw it all...and he was helpless to stop it. The bullet was meant for him. You and Ghost were close, attached at the hip practically. So when he saw you go down, his whole world felt like it was crumbling. He clung to your body, sobbing, begging for you to come back to him....but you were already gone. Eventually Soap and Price had to physically pry him away from your body.

Years passed and things slowly got easier, the pain of losing you never went away, but he found ways to cope.

One day Ghost was sent out on a solo mission, but the intel was wrong and he didn't end up making it back. He had been shot right through the heart, killing him instantly.

Ghost never truly believed in heaven or hell...it was something you and Ghost always disagreed on.

As his life faded, he couldn't help but hope that you had been right about there being a heaven.

His eyes fluttered open, he was lying in a large almost endless field of green grass, there were white fluffy clouds floating over head and he could feel a gently breeze on his face.

Slowly, Ghost sat up and looked around, freezing when he saw you sitting next to him. You look over at him with a calm and content smile on your face. You looked just like he remembered you, with the addition of large white angel wings resting behind you.

"You....lived so much longer than I thought you were going to," you softly tease him with a warm smile.
