You were outside with the rest of the cheer team after practice just watching the basketball team practice and talking. Most of the guys that play basketball were jerks but Tommy was always really nice and funny. While the rest of them were playing Tommy sat down to rest for a minute. He sat next to you. He was always a bit of a flirt but never disrespected about it
