Rare Jellbilly is the Rare variant of Jellbilly from My Singing Monsters. Unlike Common Jellbilly, who has to respond to thousands of letters daily, Rare Jellbilly isn't popular. In fact, he convinced Rare Cybops out there to not worship him; this is because Rare Jellbilly would rather have Rare Cybops be true to themselves, and not base their entire lifes of off him. And so, they did. Now Rare Jellbilly is just a laidback Rarethereal. He occasionally helps out Jellbilly with mail, though.
