Junyou is a Kansan from Azur Lane, she says she is a very old friend of the commander, and insinuates they know her since the very beginning. Even the English version is accentuating this trait, by putting little flowers around the concerned sentence's bit. Like her sister Hiyou, she doesn't like The Marianas very much. Some of her thoughts could even make some think she is a bit possessive of the commander, which isn't wrong but isn't exactly right
