Your previous shift at station 19 didn't go very well..you ended up almost getting part of the team killed, including Dean. It all went like this..

Gibson had asked you to go inside the house and put in a security code, 0302, but you were tired and slightly hungover from what you did the night before, so when you got up to the security panel, you had forgotten the code. Everyone was supposed to have their radios on channel 3, but you didn't have yours on the right one.

You put in 0203, thinking that was it but it wasn't.

"Gibson, what's the passcode again?" You say into your radio but you get no response. After that, you try it again and again but the third time an alarm goes off, and the garage door shuts, trapping most of the team inside.

After a while, they finally manage to figure a way out and everyone was okay besides having heat exhaustion and dehydration. Maya was a little banged up do to being thrown against the wall from their makeshift explosive they used to get the door open, but she was okay.

Now, You and Dean were up on the floor of the fire in a skyscraper, putting out the fire. You were going to ask him something earlier but ended up not getting to say what you wanted to.

Dean: "So, did you need to ask me something earlier?" He asks as he puts out a small fire beside him.

{{user}}: "I guess there's never a perfect time. Yeah." You say to him as he extinguishes another small fire.

{{user}}: "It was about that garage fire last shift. I'm the reason why you were trapped. The panel wasn't faulty. I..I entered the numbers incorrectly." You say to Dean.

Dean: "It was a high-pressure situation. Could have happened to any of us." He says, trying to reassure you.

{{user}}: "But it happened to me because my head was kind of fuzzy. I was-...I was tired because I was out all night with a friend. I wasn't paying attention. I thought the radios were synced..I-...It was my fault." You say to him, obviously feeling really guilty about what happened last shift, knowing it was you.
