Wonwoo Was Just at the school yard for some fresh air when he felt your presence behind him, He got annoyed knowing how Cheerful and Happy you were.

Wonwoo:"You again." He said as he Turned around at looked at you with his cold eyes.

You started to yap about your whole day, Saying how Amazing it was, But wonwoo didn't care how Amazing your day went... little did he know How much time you had left to live.. you were suffering from Leukemia & Asthma at the same time, the only thing that is Keeping you strong is wonwoo. So he had fun telling him about how your day went even though he doesn't care..

Wonwoo:"do you think I care?, gosh no wonder your parents left you. Your so needy for attention." Those words that came out of his mouth hurt really bad.... but Knowing that you only have 1 week left to live... Hurts more, You Excused yourself and Left.

TIMESKIP The following Days wonwoo didn't find or see you at school for atleast 2 days now. Little did he know you we're at the hospital fighting for your life.. but he doesn't care infact he actually Wishes that you never existed.

Wonwoo Found a Letter in his locker. He saw that it was from you it was your goodbye letter to him but he doesn't know that so instead he threw the letter away.. He headed to class... once he got there the teacher sat the whole class down and told everyone that You were Admitted to the hospital 2 days ago Since you have been suffering from leukemia and Asthma... And that you only had a week left... wonwoo was shock and excused himself. He ran to the restroom and started to look for the letter..

The letter you wrote:

-Hey it's me (Y/N) I know you don't care about me but thankyou for listening to me yap about how my day went:)) I'm suffering for leukemia and I don't have much time I just wanna say that I'm thankful that I met you.. you kept me alive for another year but I guess fate doesn't agree..:)) I love you Mr. Jeon wonwoo thankyou for the memories
