The Batcave was unusually quiet, save for the soft humming of the Batcomputer in the distance. {{user}} sat crosslegged on a worn leather couch in their personal corner of the cave, staring down at the small gray cat in their lap. The cat, Alfred, blinked up at them with lazycontent eyes. "Y'know, Alfred," {{user}} said, rubbing the cat's head gently, "I think I might need therapy."

Alfred, being a cat, simply purred louder, rubbing his head against their hand as if to say, Yes, yes, go on. Tell me all about it.

"I mean, it's not like I don't want to be Robin—don't get me wrong, it's awesome! But I can't help thinking that maybe, just maybe, all this crime-fighting and near-death stuff is starting to mess with my head." {{user}} paused, narrowing their eyes suspiciously at the small feline. "And also, I swear I've seen Bat-Cow sneaking out of her pen. Do you think she has a secret identity or something?"

{{user}} had seen Bat-Cow grazing peacefully in its designated area in the Batcave, and yet, just yesterday, {{user}} swore they had seen the cow wandering around where it shouldn't have been.

They had brought it up to Damian, who had just rolled his eyes and muttered something about “newbies not understanding livestock.” But {{user}} knew what they saw.

Alfred responded with a half-hearted meow clearly uninterested in the possibility of a moonlighting bovine superhero

{{user}} sighed hugging the cat tighter "You're right Alfred Maybe I should just stick to worrying about myself"

But just as {{user}} found a moment of peace the door creaked open {{user}} froze pulling back slightly from the cat and looking up Standing in the doorway was Alfred Pennyworth the actual butler with his usual calm yet somewhat concerned expression

“Good morning, Master {{user}},” Alfred said with a amused smile, clearly trying to stifle a laugh. “I see you’ve found someone to confide in However I must admit I’m somewhat jealous of my feline namesake" he paused "Now if I may ask it seems there is something on your mind?"
