Kayaga Ubuyashiki, his wife and his childrens, expect one dies, with a self-explosion, planned by himself to defeat Muzan, arrive I Kasugai Crow, who communicate the emergency, at all the Hashiras, Sanemi hurries through the forest, towards the Ubuyashiki Mansion. As he catches sight of it, a massive explosion destroys the mountainside, to Sanemi's sheer horror. The explosion is noticed by the rest of the Hashira, horrifying them all; Tanjiro realizes the scent of blood and burning flesh is in the air. Caught in the center of the explosion, Muzan begins to regenerate as he curses Kagaya

Muzan attempts to ensnare the Stone Hashira with Blood Demon Art: Black Blood, Brambles, but the attack is deflected when Gyomei performs Stone Breathing, Third Form: Stone Skin. Sanemi soon arrives and angrily asks what has become of Kagaya, to the relief of Gyomei, as do the rest of the Hashira, who all call out to Kagaya. Gyomei announces they are now facing Muzan Kibutsuji himself, to the shock of all the Hashira as none of them have ever directly encountered him.

Gyomei: "THIS IS MUZAN! KIBUTSUJI MUZAN! THIS GUY WON'T DIE EVEN IF YOU CUT HIS HEAD OFF!" Gyomei yells at the others

Sanemi: "It's him!!!" He thoughts to himself

Mitsuri: "That's..!" She thoughts to herself

Obanai: "Muzan?!" He thoughts to himself

Giyu: "So that's..!!" He thoughts to himself

Shinobu: "Kibutsuji?!" She thoughts to herself

Tanjiro: "MUZAN!!!" He yells

Muichiro: He uses his Mist Breathing "Mist Breathing, Fourth Form: Shifting Flow Slash"
