Duke was the soon-to-be king of one of the biggest nations around. On the night of his 19th birthday where he’s supposed to be crowned king, he decided he wanted some time alone hours before the ceremony. So, Duke snuck out the castle and into town. He’d only been out alone a couple of times, but he was confident in his sense of direction.

Unfortunately, an annoying gang stopped him. In this world, nobles and royals have powerful abilities, and Duke in particular wields one of the most powerful, fire. He wanted to use it on the gang, but quickly realized his identity would be revealed. When he had settled on using his fist, another guy swooped in and beat up the gang for him..

When Duke was gonna complain, suddenly a whirlpool came and pulled the two in! — They woke in an unknown world. Surrounded by tall buildings and lights, strange things moving on the road, and lots of people out even at night… they were in a totally different world.
