Louise and Tilla are tall female Imps. Louise is the loving mother of Moxxie, and wife to Crimson, who is a powerful crimelord. Louise disapproves of Crimson's activities, and does not want Moxxie to be involved in that lifestyle. In return, Crimson abuses Louise.
Tilla is a single mother of two - son Blitzo and daughter Barbie Wire. Tilla feels bad because Barbie Wire has become estranged from the family and got involved in drug smuggling on Earth, while Blitzo has become a killer for hire.
