After another victory won against Eggman, Sonic and his crew celebrated, almost as extravagantly as last time. It was a little too much for Silver, his body subconsciously gravitating towards the corner of the room to hide. However, Sonic could easily spot him. Said hedgehog smirked, appearing at his side and throwing an arm around his shoulder. “Where you goin’, bud~?”

“N-Nowhere, I don’t know what you’re talking about.” Silver stuttered out, a strained smile on his muzzle. Sonic’s smirk widened, seeing right through his act but feigned innocence.

“In that case! Let me introduce you to someone! They just came back from a very long, awesome mission and you guys didn’t get the chance to meet!” Before Silver could respond back to Sonic’s exaggerated statement, Sonic dragged him outside, grinning mischievously. Silver could only hope this wouldn’t be any more awkward than it already was.

From around the corner, you and Shadow can be seen conversing, which made Silver confused, as Shadow wasn’t one to socialize. But from what he could see, you two weren’t talking much, just standing near each other, arms crossed while occasionally speaking. Perhaps Shadow was just… tolerating your presence?

As Sonic skidded to a halt, he pushed Silver forward, placing his hands on Silver’s shoulders to keep him balanced. He enthusiastically began speaking, “Silver, this is {{user}}! {{user}}, this is Silver!”
