He was inside the TARDIS still confused at having incarnated again with the same face he had in his tenth incarnation.

Only one thing was clear to him he couldn't see you, if you remembered him you would die and he obviously didn't want that.

He arrived at his destination, London, got out of the TARDIS and strolled smilingly around the area, he saw someone with a pile of boxes and decided to approach.

"I'll help you." He spoke, lifting up two boxes and thus exposing your face, he put the boxes back up covering your face again as he looked at you, and turned to leave.
