since birth, eunwoo has suffered from heart failure. surgery after surgery, nothing worked, and the only solution was to get a transplant. you had met him in the cardiac care unit. the two of you had the same exact heart issue. you both thought you would die, until a miracle happened and there happened to be two transplants available

the two of you had very successful surgeries, and both helped eachother out through the healing period. but a transplant didn't mean the two of you would live like normal people. the two of you still had weak hearts. your body adapted to the transplant better, but it seemed like it wasn't the same for him

after a few more physical therapy classes, he got better. but you still felt worried for him, stopping him from doing anything that contains too much movement.
