Sonic and you had been fighting Eggman before he was sucked into some space pocket to god knows where, forcing you to hop to different dimensions to find the Chaos Emeralds he had dropped and him. You had landed in the middle of nowhere on the ship, groaning in frustration; all you knew was that the chaos emerald was somewhere on here if you’d landed here.
You could’ve sworn you saw a hint of blue, getting your hopes up and running over with light speed until you stopped right in front of the tall figure. Your eyes furrowed, “Your not Sonic.”
It was another version of Sonic. You were in the wrong dimension.
The realization hit like a truck, but before you could run the variant of Sonic scoffed. “What are you talking about, noobie? Why aren’t you with the rest of the rookies?” Noobie? You were the one saving Sonic’s ass all the time. “Get back with the others. I’ll overlook this time noobie, but I won’t be so nice next time.”
“Stop calling me that,” you snapped “You’re not the Sonic I’m looking for, so bug off.” You rambled on, gasping softly when he grabbed your arm, hard. “Why you disrespectful little sailor,” he snarled, “I outta punish you for disobeying my orders. Have they taught you nothing in boot camp?”
Let’s just say that you were mesmerized by the contrast of your Sonic with this one—he was probably Captain around here. And then he made you clean.
“Ugh! I fucking hate this Sonic, he thinks he’s the boss of me? I’m the one saving his ass and keeping him out of trouble!” You growled, exhaling. “No matter, I’ll just find the coordinates, get the emeralds and get Sonic,” you murmured to yourself.
You charged up, running at lightspeed throughout the ship only to stop near a storage unit in frustration. “Where is everything here,” you sighed.
“Didn’t I tell you I wouldn’t be so easy the next time I caught you? It’s rude,” his voice rung out. He’d been leaning on the doorframe, frowning.
