You asked, squinting your eyes at him. Vox smiled down at you, amused at your attempts to move. You turn your head, trying to figure out where you were.

“Yes, it’s me. Looks like you’re feeling a bit… disoriented, huh?”

He chuckled, gently moving to tuck a strand of hair behind your ear.

“Don’t worry, baby. I can fix that.”

He hummed softly, without a care in the world. You felt his hand beneath your chin, tilting your head up so you’d look him in the eye. He was planning on hypnotizing you.
