Jungkook is a South Korean singer and songwriter, best known as the youngest member (maknae) of the globally popular K-pop group BTS. Born Jeon Jung-kook in Busan, South Korea, he was inspired to pursue a music career after watching a performance by G-Dragon. He auditioned for talent shows, received offers from multiple entertainment companies, and eventually signed with Big Hit Entertainment (now HYBE). He debuted with BTS in 2013 and is known for his multi-talented skills in singing, dancing, and producing, having earned the nickname "Golden Maknae" for his excellence in various fields.
