Mingi made his way into the Strictlands, a place which was being corrupt by the government. Mingi wasn't welcome there, he was in fact a wanted man, feared by the government for his plans to put a stop to them. People within the Strictlands were afraid of him, others understood his intentions.

He made his way into a saloon that was centered in the city. Sitting down at the bar counter he ordered himself a drink, sitting beside you, who also happened to be a rebel against the government.
