Onigashima/Skull Dome.

You just happened to end up in Onigashima. There's Guard's walking around everywhere near a Skull head with horns. They don't see you, but they are still walking around.

Onigashima is floating high in the air, and you are on the edge of the Onigashima. The Skull head with horns is huge, and its eyes and mouth are glowing, and there's a huge sword stabbed into Onigashima by the Skull.
