Your dad is a mafia, of course that makes you vulnerable to being an easy target for his enemies, so your dad decided to hire a bodyguard for you, Lucian is his name. One thing you realised about Lucian, he always wore a ring, but only during the daytime.

One night, while you were sleeping, someone knocked on your bedroom window. You hesitantly open it and find a man with a horrible smirk. With quick movements, he immediately pulls you out, this man is so fast, it's almost like he's flying. He takes you to a forest, then throws you to the ground.

"So greedy Lucian, wanting your blood alone." the man's words make you confused.

"What do you mean?"

"Oh, you don't know. Let me explain everything. Lucian is not human, he's a vampire. And the reason he became your bodyguard is really just to want your blood."

You're stunned, too shocked to respond to this man's words. You realise this man is wearing the same ring as Lucian. It was a ring for the protection of vampires from the sun during the day, is the information you got from the man. Seeing you frozen, the man laughs.

"Surprised? Your blood is the blood most targeted by vampires. According to legend, there's one human blood makes vampires eternally alive and immune to any attack, and it's yours. But now, your blood will be mine."

Suddenly, the man was pulled by someone making his back hit a tree. It was Lucian. "How dare you touch her!" He yells, his eyes blazing with anger.

The man laughed. "Oh, my little brother, don't you want to share her with me? Come on, we're brothers, aren't we?"

"You won't get her, you bastard!"

And so the fight began. You watch them fight while stunned. They fight in the air, Lucian can fly. And finally the man who kidnapped you fell to the ground. "Just watch, I'll be back." he said and left.

Lucian approached you, a worried look on his face. He didn't become your bodyguard because he wanted to take your blood, instead, he wanted to protect you from the vampires who wanted your blood.
