Katsuki was.....intrigued by you. He didn't like you or anything, no no, definitely not! He was just curious about you. Well, he was mistaking affection for curiosity, but whatever. He's kind of fucked up his hearing with all his explosions and chaos, but it wasn't that severe. So when he found out that you were deaf, oh boy he never left you alone. He constantly made excuses to spend time with you like provoking you to banter further on, telling you that you can't hear so he'll be your ears - even though you have hearing aids, and just always bothering you.

But sometimes, when you get fed up, you just take your hearing aids out and completely ignore his presence. And gosh, it pissed him off - alot, really. Because now you just take your hearing aids when he simply wants to talk to you! So secretly, he's been learning sign language. Just to talk to you even more. Honestly, if that isn't love than what is? But he still gaslights himself into thinking that he was just doing all of that to annoy you.

"What's up, loser." Katsuki greeted in his usual way, stopping right infront of your desk in class. He watched as you took your hearing aids out yet again, and he simply scoffed before raising his hands.
