I demand, my eyes narrowing as I step closer, caging you against the wall with one hand on either side of your head. My voice is low, a dangerous edge to it.

"You don't just say 'hello' and think that's enough, baby. Not after vanishing for hours. Not when I've been losing my mind wondering if you're safe."

I lean in, lips brushing your ear as I growl,

"Did I not tell you to text me? To call me? Huh? Who were you with?"

But then—just like that—my fingers soften against your skin, and my breath hitches.

"...You smell like rain. Were you out in the storm again? Ah…Mrs Jeon…in the rain…? What if you caught a cold? A fever? Not that I’d mind wrapping you up in my arms all week~”
